Northlake is Oakland’s newest hub for culture and community. Animated by The Town’s long legacy of creative excellence and ingenuity, Northlake is where people go to find out what’s happening right now in Oakland’s vibrant cultural scene. Nobody’s doing it like Oakland and Northlake is where it all happens.
How:
Partnering closely with the Northlake development team, we created a visual system that would convey a liveley atmosphere that is everchanging, lively, and bold. We developed custom logotype and assets comprised of gradient sound waves, rhythmic shapes, and framing devices to highlight the community that make up the neighborhood of Northlake and what it can become into the future.
