Client: Stephen Gould
Agency: Chen Design Associates
Year: 2024

Role: Designer, UX/UI
Designer: Kenny Jong, UX/UI
Project Manager: Irene Shepherd

Why:
Our client, Stephen Gould, encountered a challenge where some of their sales agents were independently creating minisites for their respective location offices. Stephen Gould also needed a way to improve SEO for both Location-On and Location-Off settings from user site engagement. This uncoordinated approach led to inconsistencies and confusion regarding the representation of services and contact details.

What:
To address this, CDA consulted a Contact page redesign that would allow them to showcase their location-specific service offerings and contact information effectively. By implementing a rebrand of their existing Contact page, Stephen Gould can ensure that all sales agents present consistent and clear services to clients, enhancing both clarity and brand coherence across all locations.

How:
By sending out a questionnaire form, we were able to gather location-specific information from each Stephen Gould office which included photography and services. We also designed the page to work for both Location-On and Location Off as to not compromise the SEO of their site.

Location Services ON - SEO improved

The old Contact page didn’t offer clients a place to find the services specific to their nearest Stephen Gould location - and often times even had to scroll to find a nearby location regardless of Locations ON or OFF.

The redesigned Contact page provides a page with an office card that reinforces SEO.

“Learn More” + “Our Expertise” sections highlights location-specific services and projects.
